[citation][nom]HavoCnMe[/nom]I support newegg, and i still don't like D & H for not looking into the situation and investigating before making snotty remarks like they did, even though they were not at fault. JMO[/citation]
Hold on a second...you support the company that did the actually selling of the bad chips, and you criticizing the company that was wrongly implicated in providing the chips? How does that make sense, sir? And what do you mean by "snotty remarks"? What should D&H have said? "Pretty please, Kyle, with sugar on top, take that libelous story down"? Come on, dude. Any company worth their salt would have don the same thing -- send a cease & desist letter to the news outlet reporting the false information (and I use "news outlet" loosely in regards to HardLibel) and deny any wrongdoing of any kind. Which is what they did. HardLibel should have called D&H to confirm its "insider" tip, and apparently, they never did -- even after getting the C&D letter. That's weak.
