Newegg GTX 1060

So recently, I backordered an MSI GTX 1060 on Newegg, since it said it was currently sold out. The thing that confused me was that on the page, under the review button, it said with a red caution symbol "Usually ships between 3-5 days". Does that mean that they're restocking within 3-5 days or something? I thought it was either that or if I backorder, I get it within 3-5 days. Can someone explain to me what that means? And if it doesn't mean it'll restock, is there a way to find out when they'll restock? Thank you.
