Newegg Help Please

[Does It Matter]

So I ordered a gpu on sale on newegg and I accidently put my old address. So I called customer service and they told me I could refund it and additionally I would get the same discount on the gpu as the first time I bought it (sale's over now). When I tried ordering the gpu again I coudnt find the discount I was offered. Anyone know what I should do?

i would get on the phone with them and try to have them process the sale while still connected.
had issue with them not wanting to offer sales price because an order wasn't processed quickly enough on their end. the customer support rep walked through the order with me on the phone, cancelling previous order and resubmitting with original sale price.
