I've been a customer of theirs from the beginning, and I find this highly insulting. This is not the way a business should reward its customers, by charging them for good service..

Do you mean the other way around? I used to have it shipped UPS but recently it's been FedEx. I've actually had packages show early from the estimated delivery date and zero issue with how the package showed up.Newegg's shipping has been awful since they moved from FedEx to UPS...
