Newegg order history not showing my latest order?

Yesterday I bought 463$ worth of computer parts for my build, and I have yet to get a conformation email nor have I seen it in my "products purchased" or "order history" tabs on the website. Can anyone tell me why?

Are you absolutely certain you actually bought it, and didn't exit on the confirmation page or something?

Does it show up on your credit card bill?

Perhaps this is an issue better suited for Newegg customer support.

Yes I am certain that I purchased the items. I found that i actually do have a conformation email for two of the three items i purchased, my motherboard and processor, but not the third, a new case. I looked again in my order history and products purchased, but still do not see my three items there.
