I'm from outside the us and there is a rebate card on a product that I'm preparing to purchase, how can I benefit from this rebate ?
Is this prepaid Visa-card can be cashed from ATM's or purchase other products and does it get mailed outside the us or do I get reimbursed for it in a other ways like deposit back to my original credit card ?

The Visa cards I have gotten from rebates at newegg work just like a debt/credit card. They will not reimburse your payment to the original CCD.
