Just received an email from newegg that my rma has been denied. This is ridiculous. the reason stated was due physyical damage.

Clearly there was no physical damage when shipped out from me. I shipped it out the same way i received it.

The item was making light popping noise when i received it and increased as time went by. When I coudln't stand the loud popping noise I immediately went on chat and advised the rep of. RMA was approved and I shipped the item back.. Now I am being blame and denied RMA for a manufacturer defect. Ivan & Gabriel overht phone were of no help they completely failed to listen to end of story and kept saying I may have used the laptop incorrectly..

Faulty hinges was the very thing i rmad and informed the chat rep how can they now turn around and deny claim

I am very much saddened by this expereince received.

What can i do now?

Well hopefully you insured it then...
But as for faulty hinges -- you might want to reword your description. You said you sent it back because it made popping noises and didnt mention hinges at all.

so your story seems like a fictional fabrication as if we had some power to force Newegg to...
