*Quick note first: I live in South Korea right now (US Army) so it can take awhile for packages to reach me. (usually about a week and a half to two weeks max)

I had decided to build a new PC last december. I decided on all of my parts and ordered it, totally around 1600$.

My graphics card came first (GTX 570 2GB for two monitors) with a quick delivery time.

My tower came as fast in about a week.

My last package, which was my main components: Proc, PSU, Mobo, extra fans, OS and the like didn't arrive. I was curious as to why it took longer. Weeks went by with no sign of the package. I decided to look into it more and contact Newegg's customer service. They were incredibly nice and helpful and suggested I waited the maximum amount of time for APO packages, which was 6 weeks.

After the sixth week, still no package, I was able to file a claim with Newegg. The process for that claim was simple, but since I was in the middle of training I couldn't respond to the email for two weeks. When I had time to file the claim, Newegg was ready to help me out again. I filed the claim and in less than 24 hours it was resolved. They are now sending me a replacement package with all of the same parts, minus a bluetooth adapter that they refunded.

Every time I have dealt with Newegg it has been nothing but positive experiences. They even recently sent me a free beanie (out of nowhere) as well.

I have never liked a company so much in my life.

Just thought I'd share. :)

By chance did they e-mail you a claim form? Do you know the form I need to fill out? I have two emails from them saying to fill out the claim form. The second at least includes what the claim form should have. I am thinking I will just type up a letter with a signature block and use it.

Also did you get your 2nd package?
