okay so Newegg has the financing option available on purchases of 500/999$ or more for 6/12 months and i understand that u have to sign up for their preferred account and u need to make minimum monthly payments and get approved for their account yada yada, but i need to know something else.

Are there ANY other charges for using this option to pay as long as i pay it all off within the 6/12 months. I went through the whooole terms and conditions, but im no lawyer haha.

From what i can understand there are no extra costs as long as i pay it off within the time given.

Can anyone verify this so i dont get myself in trouble haha?

(basically i want to know if it will cost the exact same if i pay it all now as if i was using this financing option in the end)

I took advantage of 12 months no interest financing and had a $1300 balance on my Newegg account for 11 of those 12 months. I paid it off in full with no additional fees and now carry a zero balance, also with no fees. If you pay it off before the 12 months is up, you won't be charged interest. However, they DO keep track (and show you) your finance charges that will be added to the account balance if it's not paid off. Hope this helps.

As Rehnquist said as long as you pay off the entire balance within the timeframe there are no fees - but if you leave even a small balance at that time they will add the finance charge as it accrued from the time of purchase (with no credit for the portion that you have actually already paid) so if you use this be sure that you pay it off in the alloted time - because their charges are fairly high if you do not (something like 20% APR with a minimum of a $2.00 monthly finance charge)
