I've tried reinstalling windows and usual things like sfc /scannow but the issues persisted.
Any guesses on where I should start next? I assumed it was RAM so I tried downclocking, but no change there either. Unfortunately I don't have any other DDR5 memory to test with
PC will randomly freeze, and other odd behavior.
It freezes most often during gaming, but from what I can tell that's only because that's what I am most often using my PC for. It has also frozen from normal internet browsing and during school work, and other low load activities.
7700x stock settings (default auto boosting)

Reliability History most often just records the "windows was not properly shut down" event after the freezes. But it has occasionally reports something else;

- The freeze is a full lockup, occasionally hitching for a few seconds before full freeze. Only way out is a hard reboot.
- Another odd quirk I've noticed is that at random times, with zero input from me, the display will randomly zoom out like some sort of multi-desktop feature, then zoom back in as if nothing happened. This can happen while gaming, and even when I'm not touching the keyboard or mouse watching a video.
- And lastly It takes FOREVER to POST. I changed the initialization setting in the BIOS but It still takes roughly 2 full minutes to POST, as far as I can tell it is not cycling between different BIOS settings.
