As far as I know, through researching dolphin emulator, It is not illegal at all to use. Why would you automatically assume that my intention is to engage in illegal activity? Just want to enjoy some gamecube and wii classics on my comp in for an enhanced experience. Thanks

The legalese around emulators and more specifically, ROM's, is quite complicated, even if you own a copy of the game yourself. Also, I do not see what the writer has to do with it anyways.
