Newer Maxtor Drives (the Difference?)

What's the difference between the Maxtor Plus40 & 45 ???

I've noticed that alot of online sites are pushing thier older model Plus40 for the same price as the 45 .

The plus 45 has a larger aureal density with 5G more per platter. And since I think they were able to do that would pretty much the same head/acuator arm as the plus 40 it turns in a little better access times as well. The 45 is a little better drive.
