[SOLVED] newly build pc isnt posting

So I just built a new gaming pc and after putting it all together(minus the gpu), it isnt posting at all. I have tried everything i could find on the internet and still nothing.
specs:
Ryzen 7 1800x
Gigabyte B450M DS3H Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
corsair vengeance 16gb dd4 ram
kingston 240gb ssd
western digital 1tb hdd
Thermaltake Smart 430W 80+ psu

Wont post because there is no integrated graphics on the Ryzen 1800X, you must have a GPU installed and connect you monitor to it.
