I just recently built a new computer (my first one) and everything seemed to be working properly. I shut it down, and next day when I went to turn it on to install windows, fans started going for a few seconds and then completely shut off. Now just the rgb lights on the mobo, and gpu are on, other than that, nothing happens.

I've tried resetting the ram, and also only connecting the bare minimum. For what I've read, even with bad cpu, gpu, or ram, it should at least turn on. I'm not sure what else to do. I've changed the psu, mobo, and case. Original parts were brand new, and were replaced with other brand new parts.

Any suggestions?

mobo: Strix Z370i / ASrock Extrem 4
gpu: Strix gtx1070
cpu: i5 8600k
ram: trident z rgb 16gb 3000
psu: sf600 / 750w g3
case: nano s / s340

Solution
I once faced such a situation and panicked for a moment.
First i re assembled and checked weather the CPU is properly installed cause i was using an after market air cooler and then re inserted
RAM, hard disk and GPU.It din't work out.
Secondly i tried changing the GPU to another free PCI slot and it worked for me.
Try these and if it doesn't work try to install your GPU in your friends computer,if the GPU worked then the problem is with the motherboard and send it for replacement. If the motherboard and GPU is not a fault then send your CPU to Intel warranty.
