I recently built a new pc and I was able to boot properly but I was greeted with no signal on my monitors. I checked my mother board when booting and dram flashes and then vga stays a solid red for about five seconds. I’m not really sure what this means so any help is appreciated.

Then in all likelihood, that motherboard does not support the CPU "out of the box".

I don't believe that board specifically supports BIOS flashing without a compatible CPU, so your options are either:
1. Return the board and buy a Z390 board
2. Buy the cheapest compatible CPU (probably a $50 G4900) and perform the BIOS flash, then change CPUs.

OR
3. Talk to a local store, see if they'll flash it for you, for a fee.

The CX600 is not great. Personally I'd look to replace that with something of better quality.

The motherboard is brand new so unless the bios update came with it then no. And the psu is a Corsair cx600.

So I got the g4900 today, installed it into my pc and I still had the long red light under vga on my mobo. I once again switched out my old gtx 1060 (working card) and received the same red light under vga with no signal to the monitor. Is this a problem with the motherboard?
