So, I've built a PC with, and it was working so fine, for a month, until yesterday .. when I boot it every thing is lighting and it looks normal, but there is no output from Video graphics card or from the VGA on the Motherboard.

There are small details I can provide maybe it could be the issue, but I'm not really sure.
So before this, I ignored the fact when I turn my PC on, it boots for like 5 seconds, the turns off, then boots again. And when I turn it off, the light stills on. Which I really regret now.

One more strange thing, one hour before not working any more, I got a pop up dialog from windows, that I have connected an USB device, which is not recognized, but I didnt connect anything, so I'm not sure what can that mean.

One thing more, the CPU fan stopped working too, I tried too remove the bios Battery in reinsert it again, than they worked.
I hope that I didnt damage my Motherboared or any another component, really frustrated.

The PC Specifications :
MOBO : Asus Prime Z390-A
Cpu : Intel core i9 9900K
Graphics: Asus Strix RTX 2070
And the power supply is 650 W from Bequeit.

Thank you in advanced.

First, make sure the monitor isn't the problem. Test it with some other device.

Then try unplugging all drives, and other connections to the board. I.E. leave the board with nothing but CPU/cooler, 1 stick RAM in the slot for running a single stick (if required), monitor to iGPU (remove gfx card), PSU, no front panel connections. Start the system by momentarily shorting the 2 pins that the power button would connect to. See if you get a display.

First thing thank you for replying :) Im on it now, i disconnected everything, there is only CPU and one RAM on the first ram slot (which was suggested to use in case of one ram ) the monitor is working on another PC. And still. No display with my setup ..

Rmrboss, is there any sound from mobo? If not, that could be a bad sign. Same happened to me. First thought it's gpu, but it wasn't, after that thought it's psu, but it wasn't, cpu, ram etc... tried to pull battery out, flashed bios via usb, nothing helped so I realised mobo is dead and it was! If it's possible try every of your pc parts using other pc, that's what I did except for cpu (nobody of my friends had 1150 lga mb and nobody of them newer heard for cpu to die in normal circumstances). That's reliable way to check what's wrong before going to replace anything.

Best luck!

Is the VGA led turned white on the mobo? Asus boards have been having a rash of issues with 'no display and white vga led'. It's all over the net, including here. It's a motherboard issue. Asus is usually top dog when it comes to motherboard quality and ability, but with the 390 chipsets it's been extremely disappointing in quality.

It would seem then that the board itself is the issue. Unless you inadvertently added an extra, unneeded standoff during the initial build that wasn't suppose to be installed, and it finally wore its way thru and is shorting out the back of the board.
Either way, removing the board for RMA will allow you to inspect for that issue.

Hi :)
There is no sound from MOBO because it doesnt habe a speaker, and unfortunately I cant try everything on other PCs.

I'm not sure, I didnt see any light, the light on the graphics card is on, and the fans are working.
Do you think it worths it to get another MOBO ? I wanted something to last. And thanks for replying :)

I didnt add any standoff, they where built in in the case. And the PC has worked for like 3 weeks, and than suddenly not anymore..

No mention, link to, part number or name of Memory and CPU cooler being used.

You did mention that, "the CPU fan stopped working too".

I know from experience that a fan adapter wire disconnected the power from a CPU fan I had. Heat finished off the motherboard, but I did reuse the CPU again.
