Newly built PC: Fans spin, no POST beeps, no video signal

Hi guys,

I just built my first PC and i'm having some problems. When i power it on, all the fans turn on, the HDD spins, the GPU turns on, but there are no POST beeps and the monitor can't get a video signal. I've tried all of the steps on the "PERFORM THESE STEPS before posting" thread. When i take out the memory i get 3 beeps showing a memory problem but other than that, it won't make a sound.


Here are my specs if it helps:

MB: MSI FM2-A75MA-E35
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 750K
PSU: Corsair CX500 500w
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X 8GB DDR3 1600
GPU: Gigabyte Radeo R9 270X

Hi, I suggest borrowing a graphics card from a friend and testing.
Check also the board manufacture date, to make sure that the BIOS does support the CPU:

Try using Radeon PCI-Express 2.0 format Video Card instead of a PCI-Express 3.0 for compatibility...or check and see if the 3.0 Card is backward compatible with a PCI-Express Motherboard

Make sure your BIOs Version is correct for your CPU

Check your Memory compatibility
