My newly built system
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
64GB ram @ 3200MHz
Nvidia 1060 6GB EVGA SC
Western Digital 4TB black hard drive and 1 TB blue hard drive
Asus TUF B550M Wifi (Zaku Edition)
450 Watt EVGA Bronze power supply
Freezes in such a weird way. It's as if the system is still interactable but programs themselves start hanging, and won't close, the PC won't shut down without a hold kill, etc. It seems to happen with 3 programs, Discord, Photoshop, or google chrome. I don't know what to do. I have tested memory, I have attempted to reinstall drivers (they tend to come right back after rebooting so I don't know if that's actually working or not), and I have tried reseating everything GPU, RAM, Power Wiring, ETC. The system still soft freezes and I cannot figure out why.
