Question Newly built PC not powering up

I have put together a PC and it is not turning on, and no fans are spinning. The PSU should work as I have used it before.
It's an Intel system with a new motherboard. I have tried re-seating the ATX and CPU connectors, and a different PSU cable.

If you still have a problem, then post all the details you can provide, including complete specs of your PC. Can't give anything but basic, vague advice for "mystery Intel PC."
