Newly built PC stopped working.

I've hade this issue about a week ago and I just changed the outlet it was plugged into. Now I changed all the outlets the surge protected the cord, everything, it won't turn on. I have a spare case, CPU, GPU, and MOBO.

ok, put the cpu into the spare mobo, gpu too, plug in the psu, and see if it turns on.

I did that and it turned on

Your motherboard might be fried then.
