I'm a semi-experienced builder this is not my first PC, however I can get everything to turn on and operate, but I keep getting no signal on my monitor. The monitor works I use it daily with another build. I've tried each ram slot as well as replacing it with different ram and no difference in the result. Also, none of the LED's on my motherboard indicate anything is wrong with the CPU, GPU, DRAM and booting device. Im definitely stuck right now. Please Help!

Comp.
ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus wifi
H100i RGB Platinum
MSI Gaming x trio 8gb geforce rtf 2080 super
evga 750 G3
1tb samsung evo ssd
AMD RYZEN 9 3900 x

Solution
Gratz, thats a very powerfull system you got your hands on.

- Sorry to ask this stupid question but the monitor is plugged to the GPU right? (It won't be the first time those motherboard ports get really in the way of our brain, and seduce our hands to plug the damn cable in the wrong port :) )

- Also did you tested the monitor and cable with your other build/notebook/tv, to check everything still working?

- Have you tried another video cable?

- Are the PCI-E power cables plugged to the GPU?

Thank You haha, however I've tried plugging a display to the motherboard and GPU as well as a HDMI to each as well. I did test my monitor to my other build again after it wouldn't post and everything still worked fine. I also tried hooking it up to a different tv and there was still no signal. The PSU didn't come with a PCI-E cable it had VGA cables(which I assumed Was the same on my other build it was PCI) although my GPU has all three fans spinning and the RGB turns on my liquid cooling, motherboard, and GPU.

Maybe they are labeled VGA cable.

In any case according to EVGA (https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=220-G3-0750-X1), your PSU does come with them:
ATX Cable1x 600mm (m)
EPS Cable2x 700mm (m)
PCIe Cable2x 700mm, 2x 700mm, 850mm (m)
SATA Cable3x 550mm, 650mm, 750mm (m)
Four-Pin Peripheral Cable1x 550mm, 650mm, 750mm, 850mm (m)
Floppy Adapter1x 100mm
AC Power1x 1500mm (m)
Modular Cable TypeFull

You wont get a signal from the motherboard ports anyways, the Ryzen 9 3900X does not come with an integrated GPU.

So the TV does not show a signal either.........

- Do you have, by any chance, another Ryzen CPU to test?

- What about extra GPU to test?

The only other parts I have are from my personal build, which I can use to test. I posted on PC part pickers forum as well and someone else said they had the same issue and said there motherboard was dead. Could this be the same issue?

Ill have to see about returning the motherboard, however I tried the cpu from my personal build and nothing changed as well as putting the new cpu in my old build and my old build didn't turn on they are both risen series am4 sockets

Damn, I was afriad of that, I always try to explore everything else because is not a nice news to give to someone on a forum asking for advice/help.

Well I guess then the R9 3900X is going to be returned then.
I actually ended up testing the 3900 one more time in the new build and it booted right up
no clue what could have been wrong here Thank you for all the help!
