Hi guys .
I just build new PC .
R9 9950x
2x32 GB Gskill FlareX5 CL 30 6000
Asus X870 TUF gaming Plus WiFi
I reused old ssd drive with Windows.

I updated the BIOS up to date. Plan to do clean Isntall Windows soon.
I Checked and only 1 slot - A2 is working.
What should I do ? Is this motherboard board issue or CPU?
Can I just leave my PC with just one sticks of RAM?

What’s slot is the other stick in?

You might have bent some pins in the CPU socket, affecting one of the CPU's Integrated Memory Controller channels. There might be dirt or debris in the DIMM socket.

First, fit the other DIMM in the working A2 slot and see if the system boots. Run MemTest86 on each DIMM in isolation to see if both DIMMs are good. If one DIMM works and the other DIMM is bad, RMA the complete RAM kit.

If you find both DIMMs are working on their own, carefully remove the CPU and check for bent contacts in the socket with a magnifying glass.

CPU socket contacts are fragile and bend easily. They can be very difficult to straighten and may break off.

Bent/broken contacts are usually exempt from motherboard RMA Terms and Conditions. It's deemed "user error", not "manufacturing fault".

Can I just leave my PC with just one sticks of RAM?
Yes, but you'll be running Single Channel memory mode Instead of Dual Channel and you won't have located the problem.

Best of luck.

Turns out to be my fault. I ordered wrong set of memory. I thought that any CL 30 6000 will work on AM5. No, its not. With help, I checked the Asus motherboard supported list of Ram. And the memory i have not in the list. So i ordered correct one. I went this time 32GB, instead of 64GB. Have to return the wrong kit.
Thank you. I will see tomorrow, when new set will come.
