Question Newly installed backup M.2 SSD is showing in Device Manager, but not in Disk Manager or Diskpart or List Disk CMD. What gives?

It was formatted as GPT and is a 1Tb drive. I can see it in BIOS as well, but can't get it to appear anywhere else

Computer is an HP Omen 25L; 894A BlizzardL motherboard.
SSD slot 1 boot drive is WD_Black Gen4 NVMe M.2, Slot 2 (the new install) is same but SN850X 1Tb model.

I installed MiniTool Disk Partition Wizard and the disk won't show there either
