Newly installed ram shows non-illuminated black screen

Hello, I am having problems with my computer (Lenovo b50-30 touch [laptop])
and i have decided to upgrade the ram to the maximum (8gb)
unfortunatley, upon powering up the machine, I see both power lights ON, and the screen is blank, with no beeps.
i have already figured out that it is not the ram slots, and that the maximum IS THE MAXIMUM.
if it it changes anything:
ram slot one (stock ram) ramaxel 4gb 1600mhz (blue circuit board)
ram slot two (ram I'm talking about) PNY 4gb pc3- 10666 (green circuit board)
motherboard blue circuit board.
One last thing, I'm not sure if stock ram module is ddr3l or ddr3.

I've tried to reseat it 3 times, but no beeps or anything, I do have power beep disabled in bios if that's why?

When Mixing different modules it's a crapshoot , they are probably incompatible. Even identical modules purchased at different times can be incompatible , best when purchased in pairs in the same retail pack.

your memories are same brand speed ?
if have disabled norma no beep
try use other memory ? and yes is not good idea to mix memories
system can be unstable

I'm starting to think that the stock memory is ddr3l sdram, I'll give you the numbers on the ram label.
