Nework adapter problem

hello guys
i have a pc with gigabyte H61M-S2P-B3 motherboard..... i m facing some problem with my network adapter . after connecting the ethernet cable from my router i cant see green or orange light. so i try to troublshoot and it says i have no network adapter driver..

so i go to device manager and find my network adapter in hidden section where i can ethernet adapter driver under microsoft kernel debug network adapter....
i check the properties of the qualcomm adapter and it says it is not connected . where i connect the cable properly.

so i use my sister's laptop to check the ethernet cable and it works fine as wine.

i tried to install a proper windows but the problem isn't solved.

please help me

Download the drivers off the internet for that type of internet connector. What you can do is transfer from one computer to another using a usb stick

Then it may be bad and just not work

the have atheros lan driver up to win 8.1 so they should be include in win 10 if it is the onboard one http://www.gigabyte.fr/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3952#dl

what may be bad?? lan card?? u didn't specify

ok go in the control panel under peripheral and tell us what lan adaptor it found .
