NexStar 3 on my Toshiba laptop

I recently lost the hd on my laptop and had it replaced. Ever since then my NexStar 3 EXTERNAL hd doesn't show up in my disk management. The light comes on in the NexStar.

Reinstall the drivers from the Drivers CD.
Your new hard drive won't have them.
