next- gen games running on this pc

Hi, would i be able to run games such as batman arkham knight, ac unity, cod aw, batllefield hardline and many others wit these spec.?
cpu: i5 3470 quad core 3.20 ghz
vga: gtx 660 2gb i am going to change on January to asus gtx strix 970
ram: 8gb ddr 1333mhz
hdd: 1tb

if changed my graphics card to gtx 970 4gb would i be able to run on max?
