Next gen gaming pc build questions

hi guys
Im going to buy some parts to build a pc to play next gen games in 1080p or 1440p
I just need to know if i need to change some of the parts to get the most performance for my money.

Motherboard: ASRock 990fx Killer

Processor: fx 8350 dont tell me to get i3 or i5

Graphics card: r9 290

Psu: i dont know how watts will i need for this configuration

Ram: 8gb crucial ballistix

I would like to oc the 8350 to 4.5 - 4.7-8 ghz with new cooler

and will this pc last 3-4 years running every game at least medium-high 1080p

spend the money you'll waste on trying to cool the 8350 at 4.8GHz on an I5 and get a GTX970 instead of the R9-290.
