[SOLVED] Next upgrade?

I have a 1660ti, i7-8700k, z370- a pro motherboard, and a cx750m power supply.
I have been considering an i9-9900k but I am not sure if there will be a significant bottleneck or not.
What should I upgrade first?

16Gs of ram, 144hz monitor and a 60hz monitor

Yes, but I want to future proof my system. I'm not saying that I'm buying the i9, I'm asking what I should get next

To me it seems good for at least a year, but I understand your point.
In that case, if you're planning an upgrade within a year, I'd say go for i7 9700k as it's similar to the i9 gaming-wise. But if you're looking to keep your PC 2+ years, the i9 would be better I guess.
