nForce 520, 550, 560, 570?

What's the difference in the chipset? I know one of the 570s and the 590 are SLI. Is it the higher number is the latest generation? Here's the 2 boards I'm looking at:

Am I giving anything up with the 520 series? Probably not going to OC this rig, and it will not be my primary gaming rig. Going for cheap here since it's a 2nd rig. Will take any suggestions for a good cheap board (pcie), with or without integrated vid.

The 550 has Gigabit LAN onboard as the only difference between it and the 520. The 570 Ultra is a step up from both for single card performance and the 560 looks like a refresh of the 550 or something like that.
