Nforce3 ultra

I decided on buying a nForce3 ultra chipset for my soon to arrive A643000, and before I decide who to run with I just wanted some opinions. I said before that I was a loyal Asus fan, however they do not make a mobo with that paticular chipset,sooooooo I am looking at Giga-byte, but I had seen a few other manufactures and wanted to know from all of you who may have a nF3u board what you think of yours and who makes the best one. I have a Gigabyte nForce3 250 (non-ultra) socket 754 and it's a nice board. The MSI A64 boards are well regarded as well.
