[SOLVED] NH-D15S chromax.black Compatibility

First post on here, hope someone can clear something up for me!

Is the NH-D15S chromax.black compatible with the Asus ROG STRIX B550-F?

Hey, thanks for your response. Funny you should suggest that, I actually did check pcpartpicker and it came up with this note;

• Note:The Noctua NH-D15S 82.52 CFM CPU Cooler may require a separately available mounting adapter to fit the Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING ATX AM4 Motherboard.

Have any ideas??

I have also seen that Noctua do a NM-AM4 Mounting kit, but I am not sure if this is what I need or not.

Was just checking whether anyone had used this?

check spec u will get kit for intel and amd dont worry
but check combability with case and ram memory, that cooler have big height

Just look for AM4 socket compatibility. Seems like you need SE version https://www.amazon.com/Noctua-NH-D15-SE-AM4-D-Type-premium/dp/B06WD4PN52

Hey Guys, just thought I would let you know that I spoke to Noctua support and they advised the below;

Yes, the NH-D15S cooler is also fully compatible with the ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming motherboard. The AM4 mounting kit is included since 01/2019, older coolers require the NM-AM4 mounting kit.
