Hi, I'm going to build a water cooling system in January, and i have been reading insanely much about water cooling and what components to use and such. I read yesterday about that EK still has issues with their nickel plating so i decided to skip nickle on my blocks and go with copper instead and with a silver coil. Since silver will take electrons from nickel i can't have nickel plated blocks. But the issue is that i can't seem to find non nickel plated compression fittings. Can I still have nickel compression fittings or should i try to find something else? The rads are alslo full copper inside so it would also be unnecessary to have nickel plated blocks and then still have copper in the rads... (my guess) The silver coil will then work as a biocide.
