nitro rx580 4g or rx580 8g . much difference?

mistakenly got 4 g card instead of 8g
time and money christmas close, getting oculus for son. is there appreciable diff

There's no difference other than the amount of memory buffer. If you play at high resolutions (IF you also like cranking AA to max) the 8GB would perform better. Otherwise if you play at 1080p, the most common resolution for users, it will be fine.
