Yes you can use both at the same time (obviously not in SLI/Crossfire) and can have both drivers on the system. Your board has two PCIE 2.0 slots though and they'll run at x8 so you may have a bandwidth issue.

Like Multipack said, I don't really see the point of using both, as you can't crossfire/SLI them. You will one have graphics card being used, while the other literally just sits in there.

You could use one card for dedicated physics, but I don't really know why you would want to do that.
