nned help to increase fps

my laptop specs: Lenovo Legion Y520 i5-7300HQ/8GB/2TB+128SSD/GTX1060 6GB/Win 10
So I want to boost my fps and i don't know how to do it and use nvidia control panel could someone help me please?

-Update GPU driver:
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

-When laptop is plugged in make sure the battery is set for high performance.

-If you don't want to manually setup the graphics in your games then use the Nvidia Geforce Experience to auto-optimize your games.

As for adjusting settings via Nvidia Control Panel I would advise not to do so unless you know exactly what your doing. Global setting adjustments for one game may not work well for other games be it performance or the graphics themselves.
