No 4K Netflix on HD Graphics 620

I cannot get Netflix to play in 4K either in the Edge Browser or in the app.

--Fujitsu Lifebook U937 with i5 7200U, latest Intel graphics drivers
--3840 x 2160 @60Hz possible via USB-C on the Laptop to DP adapter, DP to HDMI adapter to HDMI input on monitor (AOC U2879VF, supports HDCP 2.2)
--streaming settings are set to "high" and I subscribed to the UHD package
--Windows 10 has been reinstalled two times, once with the "Fresh Start" option


EDIT: IT WORKS!! "microsoft hevc video extension" was missing, I installed it from the store.

Installing ''microsoft hevc video extension'' from the store solved the isue.
