Hi all,
So I have an MSI 990FXA Gaming mobo and a Logysis 550w ATX PSU. I am looking to buy an MSI GTX 1060 3 gb OC V1, which requires a single 6-pin power connector to my knowledge. The main problem with that is that both in the mobo's manual and PCPartPicker it implies that there is a 6-pin power connector required for use on it. However, after looking thoroughly at my motherboard and many other pictures online, I do not see a 6-pin connector anywhere. If there is in fact one, I need to buy another PSU and redo all the wiring in addition to paying about $40, hence the urgency. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

It gets plugged into the video card not the motherboard.
Can't beat the price on this power supply.

The 6 pin would be coming from the power supply not the motherboard, and yes you need a decent power supply instead of what you have.

To clarify, I mean that there is no place to plug a 6 pin connector INTO on the motherboard, so is it an error in the manual or am I mistaken? Like is it implying to plug a 6 pin connector into the graphics card or what?
