Hi there I am trying to run a 64 bit version of windows on my computer using Virtualbox. The problem is that there is no option for a 64 bit only 32 bit. I've already looked into this and have read elsewhere that you must enable virtualization in the BIOS and disable Hyper-V is the Windows Features. The problem is I have neither of these options.

p.s. I am using VirtualBox 4.3.20

Here are my system specs:
-Intel Xeon 3.60 GHz (3.59GHz) [2 physical CPUs]
-16.0 GB RAM
-Windows 7 Professional 64bit
(The computer that I am using is a Dell Precision 670 Workstation)

Solution
I ran into this yesterday.

Currently running Win 7 x64 on a Shuttle XPC SP35P2 Pro. I was surprised, as you were that I could not run 64-bit VMs.

In my instance, the CPU is the culprit. I have an Intel E7200 / LGA775 CPU - which does not support virtualization. I will swap that out for an E8400 or possibly a QX6850 to allow 64-bit VMs to run.
