This is my problem. Every time I turn on the computer I see:

"No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware"

I got an AMD A4 Athlon 200GE. I then bought a cheap ASUS Nividia Geforce GT 730 GPU. I did not uninstall the integrated graphics first. I installed the GT 730 and the computer is working fine. It's just every time I turn the computer on, I get the message shown above. How can I make it go away?

You need to reinstall Windows (with or without a license) on your new system. Once that is done, you will need to download and install the latest drivers from your new motherboard's support page (including the AMD chipset drivers).

first i would try removing the current driver package and all related data with DDU in Windows' Safe Mode.
then reinstall the latest available driver package fresh.

i see it quite often where some corruption in the graphics data causes issue like this.
usually wiping it all and starting over helps, but sometimes it can also be an issue with the OS itself or even the hardware used.

Everything is new but my old hard drive and the version there isn't a registered version of Windows. Could that be part of the issue?

I already did this. I was thinking that I read online that Nvidia normally takes care of the other drivers, deletes them or something. But, they also said just to be safe, disable the integrated graphics in the processor and turn off the computer. Install the GPU and then turn on the computer and download all of that. i did that. The GPU is working fine but every time I turn the computer on, it says that message. That is the problem. My Nvidia DT730 is working fine but the computer is saying something in regards to the integrated graphics thing I think.

The problem here is when I tried this, the drivers for the old procesor are too old. They are considered legend or legendary. They no longer really care about these older processors and I don't think have the latest drivers. I say this because when I did try to download them, during the instalation process, it says it is incompatible. Maybe I need to disable the Nvidia, remove it's drivers. Reinstall the integrated drivers, disable them, turn off the computer and try to reinstall the the Nvidia?

Where on the internet is their a site that actually has update legend or legendary drivers.

Did you connect the monitor cable to the graphics card?
As stated above, a motherboard change will need a new windows install.
Or weird symptoms can occur.
You can run a windows 10 install without activation. You just can't personalize it and will have a watermark warning at the bottom of screen.
