Question No audio from 3.5mm audio jacks after power outage ?

I had a power outage and since then I've had no Audio. I tested the speakers with a phone and they seem to be working fine, but when I tried them on the computer they didn't have audio no matter if I plugged them to the mobo or the case 3.5mm jack, and the same for another pair of speakers and headphones. in the taskbar, the only audio device that is shown is my monitor. What should I do?

tested with both front and back 3.5 port?
was the system on when the power outage happened?
