PC spec :
Processsor : AMD Ryzen 5 3400G
Motherboard : Gigabyte A320
Audio systems were fine until i tried to install Microsoft Flight simulator. MSFS kept showing black screen after opening, so i googled and someone said that it might be because of windows audio system, so i disabled windows audio service in task manager then opened the game again, it still didn't work so i tried to enable the audio service again. BOOM.....this is were things started to go south. I could not start the audio service because it kept "windows could not start the windows audio service on local computer. the dependency service or group failed to start", i googled again and did some edits in registry, still no luck. But somehow i managed to start the audio service again but there is still no sound.

So i decided to boot into a system restore point that i created before installing MSFS. ( I moved some of my games from my SSD( C drive) to D drive to install MSFS in C drive, before that i created a restore point) I went ahead and Chose that restore point. PC rebooted and threw an error saying restore failed to replace some files( Screenshot in link). All other restore pints show this same error. Tried safe mode & clean boot .

Then i installed various versions of Realtek drivers still no luck. Tried various methods none of it works. Its been two days and my head's spinning like hell. Can anyone provide a solution?

Did you get the Realtek drivers from your motherboard's support web site? What is the exact model of your motherboard? GA-A320M-S2H or GA-A320M-H?

I've lost count if the number of Windows restore points that haven't worked. You may be getting to the point where a fresh install of Windows is the best solution. It's a real pain but sometimes the Registry gets screwed up beyond repair. You could try refreshing Windows by re-installing it on top of the old version (boot from USB ISO and choose Repair) to see if it fixes the Registry.

Before you experiment again, create a backup image of your C: drive and EFI partitions using Macrium Reflect. If things go wrong, you can restore from the Reflect image.

Found some additional information. Windows troubleshooter detected that "one or more audio service is not running" and "audio services not responding". Also when i play any song, an error pops up saying "we can't find an audio device". I googled and tried to start the necessary audio services (Screenshot uploaded for all errors)
1. Windows audio
2. Windows Audio Endpoint Builder
3.Multimedia class scheduler.
The first two were already running, but could not find the third service.
Missing "multimedia class scheduler" seems to be the problem. Also in volume mixer, under applications there is nothing. No system sounds.
