No audio output device installed

Just bought a new dell inspiron 7000 series gaming laptop and all of the components works perfectly except for the audio.When i bought the laptop it came wit Ubuntu os and sound didn't work so I clean install Windows 10 pro and updated all my drivers and still its showing there is no audio output device.Can anyone help me out or do you suggest me to bring to the dealership?

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Go to Device Manager first and check if the Sound card driver is listed or not.
- If it's listed, do uninstall the sound driver.
- Once uninstalled, download and install the latest driver from Dell.

- If it will still not work I would suggest reinstalling Windows again.

I tried to intsall the drivers from the dell and it completely installed and commands me to restart and after i restart the error was still there and when i checked the device manager there was a yellow sign so i tried to update it but it didnt solve the problem and this is the 3rd time i reintsalled windows do you know anny other solution.
