No "beep" on boot, monitor wont show picture.

I just finished a custom build:

My problem i; everytime I try to startup the pc I dont hear any "Beep" sound from the pc. The monitor just keep saying "no signal detected"

Everything is put together as it should be, it is not my first custom build.

Any possible solutions?

Still no signal if removing the graphics card and connecting the monitor to the motherboard?

nope still no signal. took out the GPU, put HDMI in MOBO, but no picture on display

Another thing to check is to make sure your cpu is properly seated in the socket.
