just seems to never end , issue after issue ,building water cooling pc , that part is going well ,its that part you count on that is not going well . ok specs ,,getting tired of this

gpu 2 sapphire R9-290x 8gb in cross fire
the most troubled build known to man kind continues its tradition . latest i installed win 10 , with out gpu,s oh yes there was issue , black screen after win 10 logo . talked to MS in india told me need grphics to work , so i installed my gpu,s just now water cooled , all that .now i do not even get bios screen .
the symptoms , start up mobo lights up fans everything NO BEEP i noticed and sequence ends in NO 36 . no beeps total silence , that's it .i removed all devises dvd and ssd all i have connected . what i noticed also was that my usb stick does not light up on my pc as in past it did , i also unplugged gpus , meaning no power set to make sure the are in slots pushed to insure ,
i started removing memory sticks one by one until mobo beeped ,that was when no memory .so 2 days ago worked added gpu's now mobo and usb devices don't work . no bios , reset cmos as well nothing ,
its been 3 months building issue after issue , worst experience i my life . after 4 years of building p.c and modding on my own . i believe its time to quite after this one .you will notice i have few threads posted hear had 2 mobo rma power supply forget how many rma all on one pc , and so on any help greatly aprciated .
