No Boot after CPU Fan Install

I recently installed a new cpu fan, a Coolermaster gemini m4. My computer was working fine before the install but my previous fan was too noisy. Anyway, after installing the fan, when I turn it on it seems to be working fine but there is no input identified by my monitor.

Some of my specs:
AMD Phenom x4
M2N68-LA Motherboard (narra3)
Thermaltake 500w PS
Geforce gtx460

Any help would be appreciated!

Hm.

Well, a different approach then. Did you try different inputs? (Moving your video from your GPU, to your Motherboard?) If that does not work, I am not sure what else to really try. There might be the chance you might have zapped something?
Try loosening the nuts a touch. It may take a couple tries.

Hopefully nothing is damaged.

My friend had a similar problem a couple weeks ago, and we tinkered a bit. I figured it had something to do with the motherboard being bent from the pressure and weight. Just loosening the bolts a bit let his computer boot - but only some of the memory was being read. Another nudge, and things worked fine. Scary stuff!

Thanks for replying but I did that three more times and it did not improve the situation...
