Question No boot, display or beeps

Hey there, I built a new pc and when I tried powering it on for the first time I get no beeps or post or display. I have the rog strix b450-f mobo and it has led’s to tell when there is a problem. The led indicating that the boot devices are the problem is lit up. I’ve tried moving my ssd (m.2) around but that didn’t help and I removed my ssd and replaced it with a friends hdd and still nothing.
