[SOLVED] No boot for new Asus Prime B560-plus

Installed CPU, memory and using a non-USB display and wired mouse, no boot.
Nothing showing up on display; no beeps, no indicator lights on the MB (not that I know there should be).
Fans run for about 1 minute then it shuts down.
I'm wondering if memory is wrong:
Crucial Ballistix 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3600 Desktop Gaming Memory (Black)
BL2K8G36C16U4B
(supposed to be ok according to Crucial site).
Board manual does say however:
"11th Gen Intel processors support 2933/2800/2666/2400/2133 natively."
I do have the modules in the correct board slots.

I've tried booting with an SSD C drive and a spinning HD from a working machine; neither did anything for a successful boot.
Is it possible my power supply is ok to run fans and not rest of the board?

Any suggestions?

Solution
Success.
Found out one of two sticks of RAM was no good (fresh out of the box).

Key: this board does not allow you to change on of the key BIOS settings if you are using the on-board graphics chip. I inserted a graphics card and the BIOS setting was able to be changed to Enabled.
We're going to need a little more information. Please parse your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SDD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
Monitor:

Even if you don't have an OS or a storage device connected, you should still be able to see the BIOS splash screen and gain access to BIOS. Now would be a good time to see what BIOS version you're on at the moment(provided you can get into BIOS). Might want to check and see if your CPU socket pins are bent or broken.

breadboarding with only the bare essentials is a good idea, i.e, one stick of ram, motherboard, processor(If the processor has an iGPU, then you don't need the discrete), if your processor doesn't have an iGPU, then you're going to need the discrete GPU, boot drive(if there's an OS on it) + PSU.

i got into BIOS but says “….system cannot find any bootable devices.”
I’ve tried an SSD and a conventional HD I know works; result with both.

also, the cd they give, inserted into DVD and nothing seems to happen.

suggestions welcomed!
