No boot usbiso

So I've tried many many solutions from this site and many others but i can not fix my issue about a week ago my pc started being kind of wacky first my Samsung magician would stop responding and my pc would start to slow down and then i started getting bsod i wiped my ssd through windows then through the bios and got a iso on my USB drive for a fresh install of windows 10 but it doesn't want to boot up here is a video https://youtu.be/bG0RWnwuQis

Did you make that USB drive bootable and how ?
