Question No Boot

Hi all,

I have an issue with my computer not booting, basically everything plugged in it doesn’t come on, if I jump it from the fps card attached to the motherboard nothing happens, if I go underneath the motherboard and jump the pins (4&5) the unit comes on but the second I remove the paper clip it switches off, what I have noticed is that when I do the paper clip method the RAM doesn’t light up where as everything else does.

Any help would be appreciated

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

All attached peripherals.
